Certain services require a consultation before scheduling a procedure.
Consultations allow us to evaluate the requested service, discuss expectations, review relevant health considerations, and determine whether the procedure is appropriate.

Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility.
Any cancellation or rescheduling charges will be subject to the policies disclosed when the appointment is booked and applicable law.
5. Client Eligibility and Health Disclosures
For the safety of our clients and artists, certain procedures may require health screening, additional documentation, or medical clearance.
Clients must disclose relevant information requested during consultation, including allergies, medications, medical conditions, previous procedures, or skin concerns that could affect treatment.
We may postpone or decline a procedure if it presents a safety concern or is outside our professional scope.
Clients must meet all applicable age and identification requirements.
Parental or guardian consent does not override legal restrictions on services involving minors.
6. Procedure Results and Expectations
Tattooing, permanent makeup, paramedical tattooing, and saline removal involve individual healing responses.
Results may vary based on skin characteristics, pigment, lifestyle, aftercare, medical history, and other factors.
We cannot guarantee:
-
Exact pigment retention or color after healing
-
Identical results to reference photographs
-
Complete scar concealment or pigment removal
-
A specific number of sessions
-
Permanent or unchanged cosmetic results
Before-and-after photographs are examples of individual outcomes and do not guarantee similar results for every client.
7. Touch-Ups and Additional Sessions
Certain procedures may require multiple appointments to achieve or maintain the desired result.
Touch-ups, follow-up appointments, color adjustments, or additional removal sessions are not automatically included unless expressly stated in the service description or booking agreement.
Additional services may involve separate fees.
Your artist will discuss recommended follow-up timing and pricing when appropriate.
8. Tattoo and Permanent Makeup Removal
Our Li-FT® saline lightening and removal services are intended to help reduce unwanted pigment in appropriate cases.
Results vary depending on pigment composition, placement, depth, age, and individual healing.
Multiple sessions may be necessary, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Emergency removal requests are time-sensitive and require professional evaluation. Availability within a requested timeframe is not guaranteed.
Clients must follow all provided aftercare instructions to support appropriate healing.
9. Aftercare and Client Responsibilities
Clients receive aftercare guidance appropriate to their procedure.
Clients are responsible for following the instructions provided, keeping the treated area appropriately clean, and avoiding activities or products identified as unsuitable during healing.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing, pigment retention, or the final appearance.
Clients should promptly seek appropriate medical attention for signs of infection, severe reactions, or other concerning symptoms.
10. Photography and Media Consent
We may take photographs to document procedures, evaluate healing, or maintain appropriate client records, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Use of identifiable client images for advertising, social media, promotional materials, or our website requires appropriate authorization.
Clients may decline optional promotional photography without affecting their eligibility for services.
11. Refunds and Service Concerns
Because tattoo and cosmetic tattoo services involve time, materials, professional labor, and individualized outcomes, completed services are generally nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
We encourage clients to contact us promptly with questions or concerns about their service.
Any applicable refunds, corrections, or adjustments will be evaluated based on the circumstances, the original booking terms, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
